改革开放的意识,使人们把目光投向蓝色海洋。从陆地走向海洋,从内向型经济到外向型经济,包括水产、盐业、石油、天然气、矿砂、交通运输到滨海旅游等在内的我国海洋产业呈现出一派勃勃生机。据统计,我国海洋产业的总产值已从改革开放初期的不足百亿元发展到1997年的3000多亿元。1990年到1997年,海洋产业产值年平均递增约25％,增长幅度远远高于国民经济增长幅度。海洋经济在整个国民经济中的比重正逐渐加大,前景十分广阔。
The awareness of reform and opening up, so that people look to the blue ocean. From the land to the sea and from the inward-oriented economy to the outward-oriented economy, the marine industry in our country, including aquatic products, salt industry, petroleum, natural gas, ore, transportation and coastal tourism, has shown great vigor. According to statistics, the total output value of China’s marine industry has grown from less than 10 billion yuan at the initial stage of reform and opening up to over 300 billion yuan in 1997. From 1990 to 1997, the annual growth rate of the output value of the marine industry increased by about 25% on an average, much higher than that of the national economy. The proportion of the marine economy in the entire national economy is gradually increasing, and the prospect is very broad.
