研究了两线接触曲面间的几何学特性,由刀具包络曲面分别沿刀触点轨迹线和特征线与设计曲面和刀具曲面线接触这一基本条件,提出了回转刀具扫掠包络面的局部重建原理.建立了由单个刀位重建刀具包络面局部三阶近似曲面的数学模型,刻画了刀具曲面、刀具包络面与设计曲面在刀触点领域内的三阶微分关系,为提出自由曲面三阶切触加工新方法奠定了几何学基础.
The geometrical characteristics of the contact surface between two lines are studied. The envelope envelope surface is in contact with the curved surface and the curved surface of the tool respectively along the trajectory and the characteristic line of the tool contact surface. The principle of local reconstruction is established.The mathematical model of the third-order approximation surface of the tool envelope reconstruction is established by a single tool-bit, and the third-order differential relation between the tool surface, the tool envelope and the design surface in the field of tool contact is described. Third-order free-form surface touch processing of a new method laid the geometric foundation.
