建立了吹扫捕集/气相色谱/质谱联用法测定水体中30种挥发性有机物的分析方法。通过外标法定量计算,方法检出限为0.11~1.56μg/L,不同浓度下加标回收率均在80%~120%范围之内,标准样品10次测量的相对标准偏差为1.78%~6.78%。结果表明,该方法简单可行,具有较高的灵敏度、精密度和准确度,可满足地表水、地下水和生活饮用水中相关有机物项目的同时检测。
An analytical method was established for the determination of 30 volatile organic compounds in water by purge and trap / gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. The limit of quantification of the method was 0.11-1.56μg / L by external standard method. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 80% to 120% at different concentrations. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 10 measurements of standard samples were 1.78% 6.78%. The results show that the method is simple and feasible, with high sensitivity, precision and accuracy, and can meet the simultaneous detection of related organic matters in surface water, groundwater and drinking water.
