本文采用５项血凝指标及４项生化指标对１７例肾病综合征进行了系统的血凝学研究，并对其中１２例进行了糖皮质激素治疗前后的对照观察，阐明了多因素共同作用造成肾病综合征的高凝状态，而作为首选治疗药物的糖皮质激素可以加重这种高凝状态，促发血栓形成。
In this paper, five hemagglutination indicators and four biochemical indicators of 17 cases of nephrotic syndrome were studied by hemagglutination, and 12 of them were observed before and after glucocorticoid treatment, clarifying the interaction of many factors Nephrotic syndrome hypercoagulable state, and as the preferred drug of glucocorticoid can aggravate this hypercoagulable state, trigger thrombosis.
