由于自我效能感在人类自我调节中的中心地位,其在各应用性领域的研究也得到了普遍重视。在教育中,学生的自我效能感属于非智力因素,它对学生的学习产生了重要的影响。本文通过对班杜拉的自我效能感理论及其作用机制,同时探讨了自我效能感对英语学习的影响方式,讨论了英语教师在教学中应该怎样提升学生的自我效能感,以达到提高学生学业成绩的目的。
