蔗糖非依赖1蛋白激酶(sucrose non-fermenting-1-related protein kinase,Sn RK)是广泛存在于植物中的一类Ser/Thr蛋白激酶,参与各种胁迫信号传导通路,对植物抵御不良环境起到重要作用。本研究根据胡杨转录组测序结果克隆出了三条Sn RK基因,进行序列对比和系统进化分析预测其基因功能。结果显示这三个胡杨Sn RK基因属于Sn RK2家族成员,三个胡杨Sn RK基因又与AtSnRK2.2、AtSnRK2.3、AtSnRK2.6序列相似性较高,可能在逆境应答过程中具有重要功能。胡杨Sn RK的功能预测和分析,将为进一步研究林木非生物逆境胁迫响应机制奠定基础。
Sucrose non-fermenting-1-related protein kinase (Sn RK) is a type of Ser / Thr protein kinase widely found in plants and participates in various stress signal transduction pathways, To the important role. In this study, three Sn RK genes were cloned from the Populus euphratica transcriptome sequencing results and compared with the sequence analysis and phylogenetic analysis to predict the gene function. The results showed that Sn RK gene of three Populus euphratica belonged to Sn RK2 family members. SnRK gene of three Populus euphratica plants had high similarity with AtSnRK2.2, AtSnRK2.3 and AtSnRK2.6 sequences and may play an important role in stress response. The function prediction and analysis of Sn RK in Populus euphratica will lay the foundation for further studying the response mechanism of abiotic stress in forest.
