在对大量瓦斯事故调查分析的基础上,将三类危险源理论与事故预警管理相结合,构建了瓦斯事故预警管理指标体系。依据专家评分标准,利用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,将模糊综合评价应用到瓦斯事故预警管理中,对某矿瓦斯异常区的事故危险性进行了系统评价,确定了事故发生的危险等级,完善了瓦斯事故预警管理的评价机制,有利于改善煤矿瓦斯预警管理水平和提高安全效益。
Based on the investigation and analysis of a large number of gas accidents, the author combined the three types of hazard sources theory with the early warning management of accidents to construct the index system of early warning and management of gas accidents. According to the expert grading standards, the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to the early warning management of gas accidents.
