To study the chromosome number and karyotype of Acacia mangium. Chlamys serpentine somatic chromosome number is 2n = 4x = 52, tetraploid. Its karyotype composition is K (2n) = 52 = 44m + 4sm + 4st; chromosome length is below 2μm, which is a small chromosome
