随着机械加工自动化程度的提高,对于加工过程中工件自动输送的要求也相应提高了。在输送小型工件时,往往采用电磁振动送料方式。这种方式结构简单、生产率高。为此,我们厂的喷油器体加工自动线的布局就是打算采用直线式电磁振动送料槽将三台带有自动上下料装置的回转工作台式组合机床联接起来的。以期输送过程中工件能自始至终地定向,同时起到储料仓的作用,比较简单地达到柔性联接的目的。
