采用类似于粉未冶金工艺制备了Ba2 Ti9O2 0 /PTFE高频基片复合材料。通过DSC研究PTFE的结晶行为 ,运用SEM及三点弯曲法分析了组织结构特征及力学性能。结果表明 :Ba2 Ti9O2 0 的加入提高了PTFE的结晶温度 ;其粒子均匀分散在PTFE树脂基体中 ,随其含量的增加 ,复合材料的抗弯强度、弹性模量单调升高 ,当其含量达到 30 % (体积分数 )时两项性能均达到峰值 ,分别为 16 .4MPa、4 .6GPa。
Ba2 Ti9O2 0 / PTFE high frequency substrate composites were prepared by a similar process to powder metallurgy. The crystallization behavior of PTFE was studied by DSC. The microstructure and mechanical properties of PTFE were analyzed by SEM and three-point bending method. The results show that the addition of Ba2 Ti9O2 0 improves the crystallization temperature of PTFE. The particles are uniformly dispersed in the PTFE resin matrix. With the increase of the content of Ba2 Ti9O2 0, the flexural strength and elastic modulus of the composite increase monotonically. When the content reaches 30 % (Volume fraction) of the two properties peaked, respectively 16 .4MPa, 4. 6GPa.
