本文论述了目前锻压设备基础常见的形式——普通(钢筋)水泥式基础及支承框架式(钢筋)水泥式基础的结构、施工及使用中存在的弊病和修复中的困难;较详细地分析了上述弊病产生的原因,并在此基础上,采用了增加斜铁总支承面积,消除凝缩间隙,采用便于拆装的地脚螺栓结构等措施,对原有基础的构造进行了改进,创建了一种更完善的基础形式——永固式基础。生产实践证明,永固式基础可较大地提高基础的使用寿命,有推广应用价值。
