应用有限元方法将钻挖系统划分为若干单元,通过拉格朗日方程获得了钻挖系统的动力学方程,并得到钻具中心在地下的运动轨迹:在ADAMS/Vibration中建立了钻挖系统的振动仿真模型,获得了钻挖系统的固有频率和振型,分析了钻挖过程的动态特征,对避免共振、提高成孔质量具有一定的指导意义。
The finite element method is used to divide the drilling system into several units. The dynamic equation of the drilling system is obtained through Lagrange equation and the movement trajectory of the drilling center is obtained underground. The drilling system is established in ADAMS / Vibration The natural frequency and mode shape of the drilling system are obtained. The dynamic characteristics of the drilling process are analyzed, which is of guiding significance to avoid resonance and improve the quality of the hole.
