很多CEO虽然意识到关注一线员工的重要性,但他们对此还没有形成一套系统化的观点,大部分停留于对一线员工表示一下慰问、偶尔经过说上一两句话的境地。事实上,作为承担着解释公司愿景和价值观的角色的 CEO,他们在公开表示对一线员工的重视和关注的时候,更需要在公司中推动这种企业文化的形成。“沟通渠道只是一种形式,关爱普通员工的行为形成为企业文化才是重要的。”金地集团总裁张华纲说,“从行为影响到制度建设,再发展固化为企业的一种文化,这是金地集团高管人员对普通员工管理的思路。”
