可取式液压双向锚定封隔器是目前结构最复杂、性能最好的一种封隔器。这种封隔器设计中应注意的问题是:(1)锚定方式选择;(2)坐封后的承压平衡;(3)解封方式选择;(4)双锥体结构锚定机构的下锥体脱卡;(5)锁紧机构的设计与选择。从我国机械加工能力和使用可靠性方面考虑,建议优先选用单面螺纹步进锁紧机构。提出了单卡瓦双锥体双向锚定、承压平衡、单面螺纹步进锁紧及下锥体主动力脱卡的设计思路和方法。
Desirable hydraulic two-way anchor packer is currently the most complex structure, the best performance of a packer. The problems that should be paid attention to in design of this packer are as follows: (1) Selection of anchoring method; (2) Bearing pressure balance after setting; (3) Selection of unsealing method; (4) Double cone structure anchoring mechanism Under the cone off card; (5) locking mechanism design and selection. From China’s machining capacity and reliability of use considerations, it is recommended to use single-sided thread step locking mechanism. The design ideas and methods of bi-directional anchoring of single-slip double-cone, pressure-equalization, step-by-step locking with one-sided thread and main-force removal of lower cone are proposed.
