酚与硝普钠在碱性条件下反应可生成一种阴离子类染料。除p-氨基苯酚外凡对位取代物都无此反应。作者利用酸水解扑热息痛(Ⅰ)使产生p-氨基苯酚,然后以碱性硝普钠处理,即获得在725nm波长处有最大吸收的溶液,该吸收在1~5μg/ml浓度范围内符合比尔定律。作者用此法对八种片剂和一种糖浆剂中Ⅰ的含量测定和回收率进行研究。
The reaction of phenol with sodium nitroprussate under alkaline conditions produces an anionic dye. In addition to p-aminophenol all para substitution no such reaction. The authors used acid hydrolysis of paracetamol (I) to produce p-aminophenol and then treated with sodium nitroprusside to obtain a solution with maximum absorption at a wavelength of 725 nm that complies with Beer’s Law at concentrations ranging from 1 to 5 μg / ml . The authors used this method to study the determination and recovery of Ⅰ in eight tablets and a syrup.
