目的:建立不同产地荷叶药材指纹图谱,为其质量评价提供分析方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈(A)-水(B,含0.2%磷酸和0.2%三乙胺)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为30℃;检查波长270nm。结果:以槲皮素为对照,通过测定10批荷叶药材样品,确定了10个共有峰,10批荷叶样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.85以上。结论:该方法简单、结果准确,为荷叶的质量评价提供参考依据。
Objective: To establish fingerprints of medicinal lotus leaf in different habitats and to provide an analytical method for its quality evaluation. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Kromasil C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) -water (B with 0.2% phosphoric acid and 0.2% triethylamine) 1.0mL / min; column temperature was 30 ℃; check the wavelength of 270nm. Results: Quercetin was used as a control. Ten common peaks were identified by 10 batches of lotus leaf samples. The similarity of fingerprints and control fingerprints of 10 batches of lotus leaf samples were all above 0.85. Conclusion: The method is simple and the results are accurate. It provides a reference for the quality evaluation of lotus leaf.
