“春眠不觉晓”的季节早已过去,但早晨还是睡不醒。特别是前几天夜里,由于写稿而睡得较迟的时候,人打寒战,眼睛就不容易睁开。闹钟的铃声响了,我不得不慢吞吞起床,但头脑还在睡眠之中。生物有体内时钟,以大致一天为周期而划分节律的则称为时辰节律(或称循环节律),但在文明社会中,人们要适应各种外界刺激而生活着,在这种环境中令人忧虑的是生物严重失去固有的机能,体内时钟也会走时不准吗?为此,本文试题体内时钟予以探讨.
