On December 30, 2014, the Dali Prefecture Excellent Literature and Art Award Commendation Ceremony was grandly held. The state party committee and the state people’s government commended and honored outstanding individuals who won the Dali State Excellent Literature and Art Award and the 2013 Public Book Award.
