“三产灵芝真宝地,一条浯水是酒源”。当年在素享酒乡胜名的山东景芝镇,经营酒的商店大都贴一幅这样的对联,门口挑出宝瓶形木制的酒望子,下面缀以红布,临风摇曳,招来顾客。这幅对联道出了景芝地名的由来,也反映了景芝酒的风土特色。相传北宋景佑年间,在景芝一带数次出现过灵芝,故名“景芝”,意取景佑年间灵芝献瑞。景芝西面有语水绕流,其深处,藻苹映绿;浅处,水净沙明。汲水烹茶,清洌甘爽,引流酿酒,则酒香浓郁,“一条浯水是酒泉”乃出于此,浯水的上游称潍水,潍

This couplet said that the origin of Jingzhi’s place name also reflected the terroir characteristics of Jingzhi wine. Legend has it that during the Northern Song Dynasty Jingyou years, there were several occurrences of Ganoderma lucidum in Jingzhi area, hence the name “Jingzhi”, intended to be taken from Jingyou. There is a saying in the west of Jingzhi that the water flows around. In the depths, the algae grows green. In shallow places, the water is clear and bright. You can make tea in Qingshui, cool and sweet, and brewing wine, the wine will be rich. “A drowning water is a Jiuquan” is this, and the upstream of drowning water is called drowning.
