研究了气升式内循环气液两相流反应器中某些添加剂(脂肪醇类、酯类、氨基酸类等)对传质特性的影响.实验发现氨基酸对传质几乎没有影响;正丁醇和乙酸乙酯对气液间传质有强化作用;而正己醇和乙酸丁酯仅在一定范围内增强传质,从而使体积传质系数出现了峰值.分析了体积传质系数kla和气含率εg与添加剂浓度之间的关系中三种不同现象出现的原因。
The effects of certain additives (aliphatic alcohols, esters, amino acids, etc.) on the mass transfer characteristics of the gas-lift internal recycle gas-liquid two-phase flow reactor were studied. The experiment found that amino acids had almost no effect on mass transfer; n-butanol and ethyl acetate enhanced the mass transfer between gas and liquid; n-hexanol and butyl acetate enhanced mass transfer only within a certain range, resulting in peak mass transfer coefficient . The reasons for three different phenomena in the relationship between volumetric mass transfer coefficient kla and gas holdup εg and additive concentration were analyzed.
