为探讨切除良、恶性脑肿瘤过程中减少出血的先进方法。我们采用天津协和医疗器械公司提供的2450mHZ微波热疗机和高温固化器。输出功率30W，加温温度70℃。采取囊外和先囊内后囊外的切除方法。结果1例脑胶质瘤在肿瘤切除过程中出血200ml．其余在肿瘤切除中无出血。认为利用微波高温固化技术能使切除肿瘤过程中少出血或不出血，效果良好。
To explore advanced methods for reducing bleeding during resection of benign and malignant brain tumors. We use the 2450mHZ microwave hyperthermia machine and high temperature curing device provided by Tianjin Union Medical Devices Co., Ltd. Output power 30W, heating temperature 70 °C. Take the extracapsular and intracapsular excision methods outside the posterior capsule. 2. Results One case of glioma bleeded 200 ml during tumor resection. The rest did not have bleeding during tumor resection. It is believed that the use of microwave high-temperature curing technology can make the process of resection of the tumor less bleeding or not bleeding, with good results.
