目的 :观察猕猴桃果王素对高血脂患者血脂水平的影响。方法 :将经严格化验检查血脂增高者 41人作为研究对象 ,服用果王素 2个月 ,每次 1 5g ,每日 2次 ,服用前、后分别检测血脂水平 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :服用果王素后较服用前血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)均有明显降低 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ,其降低TC、TG、LDL -C的总有效率分别达 81 5 %、67 5 %、74 1 %。结论 :果王素具有良好的降低TC、TG、LDL-C的作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of kiwifruit on serum lipid levels in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods: 41 persons who had undergone rigorous laboratory tests for hyperlipidemia were included in the study. They were given fruit-flavored tablets for 2 months, 15g each time, 2 times a day, and blood lipid levels were measured before and after taking, and statistical analysis was performed. Results: The serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly lower after taking the fruit granules, and the difference was significant (P <0 01). The total effective rates of reducing TC, TG, and LDL-C were 815%, 675%, and 741%, respectively. Conclusion: The effect of fruit keratin on the reduction of TC, TG and LDL-C.
