以菊芋和木薯淀粉生物转化获得的葡萄糖酸钠和山梨醇混合溶液为研究对象,进行的结晶分离。在葡萄糖酸钠和山梨醇溶液中加入氯化钙,将高溶解度的葡萄糖酸钠转化为低溶解度的葡萄糖酸钙,利用葡萄糖酸钙和山梨醇溶解度不同进行结晶分离。对影响葡萄糖酸钙结晶的氯化钙加入量、乙醇加入量、结晶温度和时间等重要因素进行研究,结果表明在最佳的结晶条件下,葡萄糖酸钙与山梨醇可以实现较好的分离,葡萄糖酸钙的结晶得率为84.2%。
The crystal separation was carried out with the mixed solution of sodium gluconate and sorbitol obtained by biotransformation of Jerusalem artichoke and tapioca starch. Calcium gluconate and sorbitol solution by adding calcium chloride, the high solubility of sodium gluconate into low-solubility calcium gluconate, the use of calcium gluconate and sorbitol solubility of different crystal separation. The important factors affecting the calcium gluconate crystallization, such as the amount of calcium chloride added, the amount of ethanol added, the crystallization temperature and the time were studied. The results showed that calcium gluconate and sorbitol could be separated well under the best crystallization conditions, The yield of calcium gluconate was 84.2%.
