本文根据新课标下中学体育课的特点和中学生身心发展的需求,在体育教学实践中对如何提高中学体育课堂教学有效性进行思考。教学的有效性,即教学活动对达成教学目标的有效程度。学生有无进步和发展是衡量教学是否有效的重要指标。文章从对体育教学的有效性的认识、安排教学、制定目标、内容选择、优化教学、教学管理、和谐教学、科学评价等诸方面进行了论述和提出一些自己的见解与思考,呈现给学校体育教育的同行,希望能为提高中学体育课堂教学有效性,提供一些有益的借鉴和参考。
According to the characteristics of middle school physical education and physical and mental development of middle school students, this paper discusses how to improve the effectiveness of middle school PE teaching in PE teaching practice.
