近三十年来,世界各国为使生铁的日产量不断提高,对高炉的设计均趋向于炉容大型化。特别是对高炉炉体的承重结构,各国均纷纷追求比较理想的结构形式。高炉承重结构既是构筑物,又是生产设备,这就决定了结构形式与高炉生产的密切关系。高炉结构形式的设计发展较快,特别是近几年,国内外均趋向于设计成圈梁支承炉体框架式或炉体大框架内自立式的。本文着重介绍一种新的结构形式——炉体下部跨变大框架内的自立式高炉结构(图1、图2(c))。
In the past 30 years, in order to continuously increase the daily output of pig iron, the design of blast furnaces in the world has tended to increase the furnace capacity. Especially for the load-bearing structure of the blast furnace body, all countries have been pursuing a more ideal structure. The blast furnace load-bearing structure is both a structure and a production facility, which determines the close relationship between the structural form and the blast furnace production. The design of the blast furnace structure is developing rapidly. Especially in recent years, both at home and abroad tend to be designed to be self-supporting in the form of ring beam supporting furnace body frame or furnace body large frame. This article focuses on a new structural form - a self-supporting blast furnace structure in the lower part of the furnace that spans a large frame (Figure 1, Figure 2(c)).
