目的探讨子宫内膜异位症与免疫不孕的关系。方法选取该院2011年3月-2014年7月收治的单纯子宫内膜异位症患者24例作为A组,单纯免疫不孕症患者30例作为B组,子宫内膜异位症合并免疫不孕症27例作为C组,测定3组患者血清性激素[睾酮、催乳素、雌二醇、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)]水平,同时测定抗精子抗体(As Ab)和抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)的阳性率以及血清As Ab、EMAb阳性率与不孕不育的相关性。结果 C组患者睾酮、雌二醇、催乳素水平均显著高于A组和B组(均P<0.05);3组患者FSH、LH指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组患者As Ab的阳性率高于A组和B组(χ~2=5.333,P=0.021);经Spearman相关分析显示,子宫内膜异位症血清As Ab、EMAb阳性率与不孕不育呈正相关(r=0.428,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症与免疫不孕存有一定相关性,子宫内膜异位症可能是引发免疫不孕的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between endometriosis and immune infertility. Methods Twenty-four patients with simple endometriosis admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to July 2014 were selected as group A. Thirty patients with simple immunization infertility were selected as group B, and the patients with endometriosis complicated with immunization 27 cases of pregnancy were selected as group C. The levels of serum sex hormones (testosterone, prolactin, estradiol, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH)) in 3 groups were measured. As Ab ) And anti-endometrial antibody (EMAb) positive rate and serum As Ab, EMAb positive rate and infertility correlation. Results The levels of testosterone, estradiol and prolactin in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in FSH and LH between the three groups (P> 0.05). The positive rate of As Ab in group C was higher than that in group A and group B (χ ~ 2 = 5.333, P = 0.021). The Spearman correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of serum As Ab and EMAb in endometriosis was not correlated with infertility (R = 0.428, P <0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between endometriosis and immune infertility. Endometriosis may be an important factor in inducing immune infertility.
