对ZL114A铝合金进行了YAG激光填丝焊接实验,研究了激光焊接工艺参数与焊缝成形质量的关系,并利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)等实验方法分析了ZL114A激光填丝焊接接头的显微组织,讨论了焊接熔池的冶金产物。结果表明:ZL114A铝合金激光填丝焊的功率密度阈值比非填丝激光焊略高,当激光的功率密度超过阈值时可以获得成形稳定的焊缝;焊缝主要组成相为α(Al)、共晶Si和Mg2Si。
The experiment of YAG laser welding was carried out on ZL114A aluminum alloy. The relationship between laser welding process parameters and the quality of the welding seam was studied. The microstructure of the ZL114A aluminum alloy was analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) The microstructure of filler wire welded joints discusses the metallurgical products of the weld puddle. The results show that the power density threshold of ZL114A aluminum alloy laser wire welding is slightly higher than that of non-wire laser welding. When the laser power density exceeds the threshold value, a stable weld can be obtained. The main phase composition of the weld is α (Al) Eutectic Si and Mg2Si.
