教师的知识结构是现代高中数学教师全面素质的一个重要体现,它不仅反映了知识改革的最终结果,也直接影响了教师队伍的整体水平。在教师知识结构概念的基础上,简要分析教师知识结构在高中数学教学中的影响和作用。
Teachers’ knowledge structure is an important manifestation of the overall quality of modern high school mathematics teachers. It not only reflects the ultimate result of knowledge reform, but also directly affects the overall level of teachers. On the basis of the concept of teacher’s knowledge structure, this paper briefly analyzes the influence and role of teacher’s knowledge structure in high school mathematics teaching.
