信息化时代背景下,民营企业的管理模式逐步趋于信息化、网络化,但同时,信息不对称的问题也给民营企业的人力资源招聘带来一定的风险。本文主要分析了信息不对称现象在民营企业人力资源招聘中的具体表现及其导致的应聘者与民营企业双方的逆向选择,并且提出了相应的解决对策,帮助民营企业有效规避风险。
Under the background of information age, the management mode of private enterprises tends to be informatized and networked. However, the problem of information asymmetry also brings certain risks to the recruitment of human resources in private enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the concrete manifestation of information asymmetry in the recruitment of human resources in private enterprises and the adverse selection of both candidates and private enterprises, and puts forward corresponding solutions to help private enterprises effectively avoid risks.
