建筑是一个非常复杂的综合相互制约的大系统,建筑师的协调工作是确保建筑高品质运行的关键。建筑设计是建筑价值体现过程的龙头和关键,她为规划、结构、设备、室内装饰等各专业提供了设计的基本条件。目前,建筑技术不断发展,在技术和材料上达到高品质目标已经不是问题,重点在于将先进技术整合,达到整个建筑系统的最优化。笔者经过多年的研究和实践,对夏热冬冷地区到寒冷地区、严寒地区建筑设计采取节能措施。本文以哈尔滨辰能溪树庭院的建筑节能设计给予详细阐述,通过辰能·溪树庭院的建筑设计展示一种建筑节能设计的思路和方法,使得建筑节能与建筑设计达到科学地结合。使得地处严寒地区的北方城市在实现坡屋顶、飘窗、外挑一步式阳台等南方建筑特征的同时保证运行中的舒适度和低能耗。

Through the architectural design of the Chenneng River Tree Courtyard, it presents a kind of idea and method of building energy-saving design, which achieves the scientific combination of building energy conservation and architectural design. Making the northern cities located in the severe cold regions ensure the comfort and low energy consumption in operation while implementing the southern architectural features such as sloping roof, bay window, and pick-up one-step balcony.
