1.灰树花。又称莲花菌,日本称之舞茸。生于栎树或其他阔叶树伐桩周围,是近年来我国和日本正在推广的一种珍贵食、药兼用菌。其形态婀娜,层叠似菊,如海底珊瑚;食之脆嫩可口,味如鸡丝,香气诱人,而且具备全面平衡的营养。灰树花还具有多种疗效。经常食用能够益气健脾、补虚扶正,可防癌、治癌,促进脂肪代谢及防止动脉硬化。
