根据以往高炉工程筑炉经验。在现有施工环境无法满足施工要求的情况下,筑炉工程实施的顺利与否主要依靠施工组织、规划的水平高低,因此提出了排序法筑工业炉的办法,运用统筹学原理将各工序有序排列,合理穿插,经实施效果较好。仅就该项工程而言,比计划工期提前25天完成,各项质量指标均合格,为以后同类工程的施工提供了宝贵的经验。
