记得二十年前在湖北成宁实习,每逢赶集的日子,总爱到附近一家卖杂物的小店吃上一碗汤面。小店门口支着一口大锅,锅内热腾腾炖着一个大猪头,老板娘将面捞到碗里后,随手舀一勺锅里的汤汁,于是平淡的面条立马“光鲜照人”。据说只有用柴火将猪头整整炖一个晚上,才能熬出如此鲜美的汤底。当然,这种充满乡土风情的食物也像人生中偶遇的众多美味那样可遇而不可求,最后在记忆的底片里成为绝唱。
I remember two decades ago in Ningcheng, Hubei internship, every time I catch the fair, always love to eat a bowl of noodle soup near a shop selling sundries. Small shop front of the mouth holding a cauldron, hot pot stewed a big pig, the boss will face to the bowl after the fishing, readily scoop a spoonful of soup in the pot, so flat noodles flew immediately. It is said that only the whole pig stew with firewood for a night, in order to boil out such a delicious soup. Of course, this kind of food full of country-style food is like encountering numerous delicacies in life, so it can not be begged. Finally, it becomes a solilitude in the memory film.
