用提纯的S.mutansMT6R(血清型c)表面蛋白P1加弗氏佐剂对BALB/C大鼠行腮腺区和背部皮下注射免疫,得到含高效价抗S.mutans(血清型c)表面蛋白P1抗体的大鼠血清和唾液,观察此P1抗体对已粘附到唾液包被的羟磷灰石微珠(S-HA)表面的各型变形链球菌的影响。结果发现抗变链c型表面蛋白P1抗体对已粘附到S-HA表面的S.mutansMT6R,S.mutansLM7,S.mutansOMZ175菌株有一定的解脱粘附作用(P<0.05),而对S.cricetusAHT,S.rattusBHT,S.sobrinusOMZ176,S.sobrinus6715菌株的解脱作用不明显(P>0.05)。
Purified S.
