本文用方差——协方差分析法估算了20个青稞品种群体的生育期、株高、单株穗数、穗粒数、千粒重和单株产量的广义遗传力、遗传变异系数、遗传进度和相关系数。估算结果表明,遗传力大小顺序依次为株高、生育期、穗粒数、单株穗数、千粒重、单株产量;遗传变异大小顺序依次为单株穗数、单株产量、穗粒数、株高、千粒重、生育期;遗传变异大的性状通过选择改进的程度也大;遗传相关和表型相关方向完全一致,多数性状间遗传相关大于表型相关,遗传相关为性状的间接选择提供了依据。
In this paper, the variance-covariance analysis was used to estimate the general heritability, the coefficient of genetic variation, the genetic progress and the correlation of growth stage, plant height, number of panicles per plant, number of grains per panicle, thousand-grain weight and yield per plant coefficient. The results showed that the order of heritability was plant height, growth period, spikelets per panicle, spikes per panicle, 1000-grain weight and yield per plant. The order of genetic variation was panicle number, yield per plant, Plant height, 1000-grain weight, and growth stage. The genetic variation with large genetic variation was also improved by selection. The genetic correlation and the phenotype were completely consistent.
