本实验测定了不同浓度HL-RNA在离体与活体条件下对X射线照射小鼠脾细胞丝裂原诱导的增殖反应的影响。结果表明,在离体条件下,HL-RNA对照后脾细胞ConA诱导的增殖反应有明显的抑制作用,并且随HL-RNA浓度的增加抑制作用增强。而不同浓度的HL-RNA对活体照后小鼠脾细胞ConA和LPS诱导的增殖反应有促进作用,当HL-RNA浓度大于6.25mg/kg体重时,照射组与对照组有明显差异。同时测定HL-RNA诱导血清照后小鼠脾细胞ConAfoLPS诱导的增殖反应也明显增强。提示,HL-RNA在体内外对照射小鼠脾细胞的增殖反应有不同作用。
The present study determined the effect of different concentrations of HL-RNA on the proliferation induced by mitogen in splenocytes of mice exposed to X-rays in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that in vitro, HL-RNA control ConA-induced proliferation of spleen cells significantly inhibited, and with the increase of HL-RNA concentration increased inhibition. However, different concentration of HL-RNA could promote ConA and LPS-induced proliferative responses of mouse spleen cells after in vivo irradiation. When the concentration of HL-RNA was more than 6.25mg / kg body weight, there was a significant difference between the irradiated group and the control group. Simultaneous determination of ConAfoLPS-induced proliferative responses of mouse splenocytes after HL-RNA-induced serum irradiation was also significantly enhanced. Tip, HL-RNA in vitro and in vivo effects of irradiation on the proliferation of mouse spleen cells have different effects.
