本文就现行建筑工程施工管理中存在的一些问题进行了分析和阐述,并针对问题提出了行之有效的解决措施,以期能够对相关的建筑工程施工企业提供参考。 In this paper, some existing problems in the construction management of construction projects are analyzed and elaborated, and some effective measures are put forward in the light of the problems so as to provide references for the related construction companies.
