(一) 教育部最近公布了“师范学校教学计划”和“幼兒师范學校教学計划”,同时發出了“关于执行师范学校教学計划和幼兒师范学校教学計划的指示”。指示中規定从一九五六——一九五七学年度一年級开始执行新教学計划。这是一件適时的有重要意义的措施,也是提高师范教育質量的重要步驟之一。一九五二年七月,中央教育部第一次頒發了师范学校教学計划(草案)和幼兒师范学校教学計划(草案),一九五三年曾作了修订。这兩个教学計划,在师范教育改革过程中,起了一定的作用,但是,由于当时条件的限制,还存在着一些重大的缺陷。这些缺陷就是这次教育部的“指示”中所說的:“旧教学計划中
