传统的DFA对下游影响产品装配性能的因素考虑不足,且难以生动直观地反映设计变更、评价过程与结果。针对这些缺陷,基于多项技术手段的综合利用,提出一种实用的集成化DFA系统,可分析和验证产品的可装配性,分析和仿真机构的运动形态,提供合理、经济的装配公差分布,提供可行的装配顺序和路径,并以动画形式仿真整个产品的装配过程,从而在设计阶段实现产品的数字化预装配。系统已用Pro/Develop和C为工具开发实现,并在工程实际中得到应用。
The traditional DFA has insufficient consideration on the downstream factors affecting the assembly performance of the products, and it is difficult to vividly and directly reflect the design changes, the evaluation process and the results. In view of these defects, based on the comprehensive utilization of a number of technical means, a practical and integrated DFA system is proposed, which can analyze and verify the assembly of the product, analyze and simulate the movement of the mechanism, provide reasonable and economical assembly tolerance distribution, Provide a feasible assembly sequence and path, and simulate the assembly process of the whole product in the form of animation, so as to realize the digital pre-assembly of the product in the design phase. The system has been developed using Pro / Develop and C tools, and has been applied in engineering practice.
