目的了解医学本科生健康促进生活方式与学校适应的关系,为医学生的健康促进工作提供理论参考依据。方法分层整群抽取安徽省3所医学院校2 960名医学本科生,采用健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP)、中国大学生适应量表(CCSAS)及一般资料调查问卷进行调查。结果医学本科生的健康促进生活方式平均得分为(113.72±14.09)分,单项均分为(2.71±0.34)分,与量表常模(107.56±13.09)分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.138,P<0.01);健康促进生活方式与学校适应之间呈正相关(r=0.639,P<0.01);学校适应对健康促进生活方式具有预测作用。结论医学本科生的健康促进生活方式处于中等水平,可以通过提高医学本科生的学校适应能力来提高其健康促进生活方式水平。
Objective To understand the relationship between health promotion lifestyles and school adaptation in medical undergraduates and to provide theoretical basis for medical students’ health promotion. Methods A total of 2,960 medical undergraduates from 3 medical colleges and universities in Anhui Province were stratified and clustered to conduct a survey using the HPLP, CCSAS and general information questionnaire. Results The average score of health promotion life style of medical undergraduates was (113.72 ± 14.09) points, and the average score was (2.71 ± 0.34) respectively, which was significantly different from the normal model (107.56 ± 13.09) = 7.138, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between health promotion life style and school adaptation (r = 0.639, P <0.01). School adaptation had a predictive effect on health promotion life style. Conclusions Medical undergraduate students’ health promotion life style is at a medium level, which can improve the health and lifestyle level of undergraduates by improving their adaptability to school.
