在初中政治《法律常识》中,违法与犯罪的关系,是教学中的一个难点。这两个概念的定义,学生读几遍都能背出来,但如何帮助学生理解概念,正确区分容易混淆的关系,我在教学中,采取了这样几种作法:一、用图表区分容易混淆的关系违法与犯罪这两个概念互相联系容易混淆。究竟什么样的特征是犯罪,什么样的特征是违法,为什么违法不等于犯罪,犯罪必然违法。学生即使把两个概念的定义背熟了,要他们正确分清罪与非罪的基本界限还是不太容易的。我用图表的形式归纳两个概念的基本要点、相互关系,帮助学生理解、区分,提高他们的辨别能力。请看下图:
