采用固相反应法制备Sr掺杂镧锰氧化物,研究了样品晶格结构、显微结构和红外官能团结构,分析了其对样品红外发射率的影响。结果表明:随着Sr离子的掺杂,镧锰氧化物晶面间距减小,样品表现出(104)晶面的择优取向;由于样品晶体完整性增强,其Mn–O键吸收峰向短波方向偏移;样品颗粒形貌逐渐由不规则块状,向球状、片状转变,且不同显微形貌样品发射率值大小顺序为:块状>球状>片状。样品晶格结构、显微结构和红外官能团结构均能影响其发射率性能。
The Sr-doped lanthanum manganese oxide was prepared by solid-state reaction. The lattice structure, microstructure and infrared functional group structure of the sample were studied. The influence of infrared emission on the infrared emissivity of the sample was analyzed. The results show that the interfacial spacing of lanthanum manganese oxide decreases with the doping of Sr ions, and the preferred orientation of the (104) crystal plane is observed. Due to the enhancement of crystal integrity, the absorption peak of Mn- The morphology of the sample particles gradually changed from an irregular block to a spherical shape and a sheet shape. The order of the emissivity values of the samples with different micro-shapes was: block shape> spherical shape> plate shape. Sample lattice structure, microstructure and infrared functional group structure can affect its emissivity properties.
