区域经济差异直接影响着我国区域房地产价格,具体表现在劳动参、城市化及投资水平等均影响着我国房价,因此必须积极缩小城乡之间、区域之间的经济发展差距,促进地区良性互动发展目标的实现。本文从区域经济均衡角度出发,对房地产价格进行合理调控,为政府制定政策提供参考与依据,以期达到维护房价稳定的目标。
