本文提出了一个用解析表达式表示的简易模糊PID控制器模型,介绍了该控制器的优化设计方法。对典型被控对象的仿真结果表明该控制器具有设计简易、算法简单、系统动态和稳态性能好的优点。笔者应用此法对从桦南县水泥厂的一个水泥窑上所辨识出来的非线性模型进行了仿真试验,结果表明利用该法设计的控制器抗干扰性能好,适应性强,适用于线性和非线性系统的设计。
In this paper, a simple fuzzy PID controller model which is expressed by analytic expression is presented. The optimal design method of the controller is introduced. The simulation results of a typical controlled object show that the controller has the advantages of simple design, simple algorithm and good system dynamics and steady performance. The author uses this method to simulate the nonlinear model identified from a cement kiln in Huanan Cement Plant. The results show that the controller designed by this method has good anti-jamming performance and adaptability and is suitable for linear and Nonlinear system design.
