近30余年来,克氏原螯虾在上海郊县水域中自然繁殖生长,已形成一定的资源量,起到了补充淡水水产品上市的作用。作者认为,克氏原螯虾的可食部份虽然较低,但肉质鲜美,营养丰富,上市季节在春夏季(捕捞淡季),是值得推荐的大众性食品;从生产经营角度来说,克氏原螯虾对环境适应力强,杂食性,河沟养鱼中适当混养,每亩水面可增产虾10~20公斤,有利于增加产值。
For more than 30 years, Procambarus clarkii has naturally breed and grow in the waters of suburban Shanghai. It has formed a certain amount of resources and played a role of supplementing the listing of freshwater aquatic products. The author believes that although the edible parts of Procambarus clarkii is lower, it is delicious and nutritious. It is a mass-market food that is recommended during the spring and summer seasons (fishing of off-season). From a production and management point of view, Crawfish adaptability to the environment, omnivorous, river fish appropriate polyculture, per mu of water can increase shrimp 10 to 20 kg, is conducive to increasing output value.
