目的研究抑疤烧伤灵对小鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合作用。方法取昆明小鼠20只,随机分成京万红对照组、抑疤烧伤灵实验组,制成20%体表面积深Ⅱ度烫伤。逐日观察并记录创面愈合面积、愈合时间,计算创面愈合率,以组织病理学观察创面愈合情况。结果实验组创面愈合所需时间和脱痂时间与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组平均愈合时间为(15.3±0.7)d,对照组平均愈合时间为(16.2±0.8)d;抑疤烧伤灵使烫伤处完全脱痂平均时间为(50±7)h,京万红烫伤膏为(58±7)h。实验室第5、7、9天创面愈合百分率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理学比较:抑疤烧伤灵能减轻烫伤创面早期的炎症反应,组织学分析显示抑疤烧伤灵可促进创面的再上皮化和表皮各层的分化。结论抑疤烧伤灵对创面有促进愈合作用。
Objective To study the healing effect of scar burn wound on deep second degree burn wounds in mice. Methods Twenty Kunming mice were randomly divided into Jing Wan Hong control group and Sham burn control group, and 20% body surface area deep second degree scald was made. The wound healing area and healing time were observed and recorded daily, wound healing rate was calculated, and wound healing was observed by histopathology. Results The wound healing time and scabbling time of experimental group were significantly different from those of control group (P <0.05). The mean healing time of the experimental group was (15.3 ± 0.7) days, and that of the control group was (16.2 ± 0.8) days. The mean time of complete scabbing of the burn wound was (50 ± 7) h, The cream is (58 ± 7) h. The wound healing rates on the 5th, 7th and 9th days in the laboratory were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). Pathological comparison: Scab burn can alleviate the early inflammatory reaction of scald wounds. Histological analysis shows that scab burns can promote re-epithelization of wounds and differentiation of epidermal layers. Conclusion Scab burn wounds can promote wound healing.
