一、引言 Z—80是在Intel8080基础上研制出来的,其指令条数和CPU中的寄存器数目均比8080多一倍以上,与之配套的芯片有PIO(并行输入输出)、SIO(串行输入输出)和CTC(计数器—定时器电路)。它们均提供了完善的中断处理能力;此外,Z—80将8080的8个向量中断扩展为128个,因而具有更强的中断处理能力。Z—80微型机系统的结构框图如图1所
