为从信息认知的视角探讨并丰富事故致因理论模型,基于认知心理学理论及信息加工过程,采用信息传播方法构建由外部过程和内部过程组成的安全信息认知(SIC)事故致因模型,模型包括3次主要噪声干扰、5个反馈环节、9种时间延迟现象和10次信号衰减现象;分析安全信息传递过程及其内涵,揭示安全信息的缺失和衰减现象和动态反馈机制;从发展事故理论、建立学科、完善体系和指导调查4方面提出模型的理论意义和实践价值。将建立的模型应用于典型事故案例,验证SIC模型的实证效果。结果表明:SIC有一定的可操作性,并为事故致因研究提供了全新的分析策略。
In order to explore and enrich the theoretical model of accident causation from the perspective of information cognition, based on cognitive psychology theory and information processing, information dissemination method is used to construct the security information cognition (SIC) accident caused by external process and internal process Model, the model includes three main noise interferences, five feedback links, nine kinds of time delay phenomena and ten signal attenuation phenomena; analyzes the process and content of the safety information transmission, reveals the lack and attenuation of safety information and the dynamic feedback mechanism; Develop accident theory, establish disciplines, improve the system and guide the investigation of four aspects of the theoretical and practical value of the model. The established model is applied to typical accident cases to verify the empirical results of SIC model. The result shows that SIC has a certain maneuverability and provides a brand new analysis strategy for the cause of accident.
