应用连续切片技术对雏鸡内耳蜗管的光镜下结构进行观察，并和豚鼠的内耳蜗管结构相比较。结果发现，雏鸡内耳蜗管的基底乳头和血管盖与豚鼠内耳相应的组织结构非常相似，但又存在一定的区别，我们对血管盖在光镜下的组织学特点作了较为详尽的描述。
The continuous microtome technique was used to observe the light microscope structure of the inner cochlea of chickens and compared with the structure of the inner cochlea of guinea pigs. The results showed that the structure of the basilar papillae and the vascular cap of the inner cochlea of the chick were similar to those of the inner ear of the guinea pig, but there were some differences. The histological features of the vascular cap under the light microscope were described in detail.
