一、铝青铜的工艺特性 鋁青銅具有較高的机械性能,良好的耐磨性及耐蝕性。近年来在工业上获得了广泛的使用。鋁青銅的工艺特性是:(1)合金由液态轉变为固态时凝固范围小;(2)具有較大的綫收縮率;(3)在銅合金中其导热性較差;(4)合金成分中含有鋁,它和氧具有强烈的亲和力,极易氧化。上述工艺特性給鋁青銅鑄錠的生产带来了不少困难。合金較窄的凝固范围、不良的导热性、較大的綫收縮率,都容易使鑄錠內部造成集中縮孔缺陷,熔鑄过程中Al_2O_3的形成及其破坏后呈片状分布于熔体
